Last weekend we conducted our annual leadership training for our students. This was a very interactive and entertaining 2-day session involving mentors and students. We went over a variety of important topics like properly giving and accepting feedback, creating an open atmosphere that promotes curiosity, task delegation, and guiding new students. As a student-led team, our goal is to develop the leadership qualities needed for students to have a successful future on the team and in their career. Going forward, we will continue to apply what we’ve learned in this training to the off-season in preparation for a successful 2024 FRC season.
